I worked for Thomas Cox. Not sure if this is the same one but, he sure looks like him. Worked for Thomas(Tom) cox at JCPenney back in the 80's at Dearborn Mall in Michigan. He was an artist and extraordinary. The work behind him in this picture looks like his style of art. He did a lot of fantasy pieces when I knew him with topiaries and rolling meadowed hills with castles and thatched houses.
